Zumbro Education District Home Page -->> CTIC Home Page Community Transition Interagency Committees (CTIC) Our Mission is to help identify, coordinate, and facilitate successful, ongoing transition services by promoting participation of students, teachers, parents, and agencies for the purpose of students making a seamless bridge from school to community. Our committee meets throughout the school year to collaborate with other agencies to better our transition services for our older Special Education students.
