Home Page -->>Registration Registration Summer 2008 Professional Development Registration Information Guidelines -All classes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis -Priority given to Certified Staff -Complete the registration form and mail payment (personal check or School P.O.) to Zumbro Education District, Summer Workshops, 801 Frontage Road NW, Byron, MN 55920 -Deadline: May 16, 2008 (to prevent cancellations due to low enrollment). -Registration for classes after the deadline is subject to "space available status". Payment Options -Personal Check -District Purchase Order Registration is not complete unless accompanied by personal check or district purchase order Registrations Fees -$75/person/day for ZED Districts -$40/person/half day for ZED Districts -$95/person/day for Non-ZED Districts -$60/person/half day for Non-ZED Districts Cancellation -Cancellations are NOT permitted after June 1. (Commintments for instructor contracts are made at that time.) Only special circumstances considered. -Cancellations prior to June 1 will be honored (personal checks returned). -"No shows" for classes will be billed to district. You may find a substitute. No refunds available. Confirmations of Registrations -When classes are "a go" with enough registrations, you will receive a notice (after June 1) to confirm the class. -If we have not received a personal check or school purchase order, you will not be registered for the class. -If your class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment, you will receive notice to apply for another class, or your check will be returned.
