Services Provided Include:

The Transition 2 Success program is designed for students after they have completed four years of high school where we create a partnership with parents and students during transition to adulthood at no cost to the student or family. Programs are individualized to meet each student's needs.

The goal of the Transition 2 Success program is to create independence in all aspects of students' lives, focusing on the following areas:

•  Independent Living
•  Rec and Leisure
• Home Living Skills
• Community Participation
