Influenza Vaccination Clinics at School This Fall
Preventing disease and keeping our children healthy is a priority for all of us. Schools can play an important role to keep our children healthy and stop the spread of the flu. We have partnered with your child’s clinic to give the flu vaccine at school. Only K-12 students can participate; we cannot vaccinate preschoolers, staff or parents.
Our school's flu clinic will be held on October 4, 2018 in the morning. Registration is required and will only be available from August 8-September 12. No late registrations will be accepted.
This year both the injectable and mist/nasal spray will be available. Non-medication pain reducing options will be offered and your health insurance will be billed, just like it would be if you were at the clinic. Children can get vaccinated if you don't have insurance at little or no cost to your family.
Register at http://www.semnic.org/schoolfluclinics.aspx. Online registration is preferred. Paper registration forms are also available in the main office. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this important opportunity. Questions can be directed to 293-4800 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.Let me know if you have any other questions about the flu clinics or website info.Thank you,
