Services Provided Include:
- Programming that is designed for students after they have completed four years of high school and have continued academic and functional needs addressed on their IEP. We create a partnership with parents, students, and community agencies during transition to adulthood, at no cost to student or family. The goal is to create independence in all aspects of students' lives, focusing on the following areas:
- Job Skills
- Independent Living
- Recreation and Leisure
- Home Living Skills
- Community Participation
- Students enrolled in all programs may also receive related services including school counseling, speech and language, and/or occupational therapy. Transition planning is available that aids students in returning to their general education setting or continuing from graduation to post-secondary options. Collaboration is integrated into the student IEPs.
